Lille Dismiss Claims Enyeama Is Wanted By Liverpool And Sunderland
Published: November 05, 2014
Lille manager Rene Girard has dismissed speculation in the local and international media that Liverpool and Sunderland have approached the French team for the services of Vincent Enyeama.
And Girard has stressed that should the club receive an official bid from any of the British teams, it would be rejected outright as the Nigeria international is one of his important players.
“The only bid we have receive for his services is the one I read from the papers, as Lille as a club we are yet to receive any bid from either Sunderland or Liverpool.
“Every player is available for a certain fee but Enyeama is not for sale, even if a bid comes in we will smartly turn it down,”Rene Girard told Le Foot.
