Haruna Doda Explains Reason Behind Suspension By Malta Federation

Retired Nigeria international Haruna Doda showed his customer services skills when contacted by allnigeriasoccer.com for explanations on his three - game ban by the Maltese Football Association, as he replied in a jiffy.
The 39 - year - old coach has criticized the overzealous referee for failing to take control of the game, which led to his unwarranted expulsion.
“The referee wasn’t up to the task on that day. He sent off my team manager and I asked why? He said I shouldn’t have asked, so he sent me off .
“Without my guidance as coach, my team eventually lost the game thanks to the referee.
“There was a lot of tension because we would have reduced the gap to two points if we had won the game, ” Haruna Doda told allnigeriasoccer.com.
