Rilwan Hassan Returns To FC Midtjylland Squad After Two Months On The Sidelines
Published: November 23, 2014
FC Midtjylland’s Rilwan Hassan is now as fit as a fiddle and there is a strong likelihood that the Nigerian will make his eighth appearance in the Danish Superliga this term, having been named in the 18 - man roster for the visit of Aalborg on Sunday.
Due to problems with his knee ligaments, the ex FC Ebedei starlet had to sit out the last five games contested by the Wolves in the topflight.
For the first time in eight weeks, Hassan made manager Glen Riddersholm’s squad list alongside compatriots Paul Onuachu, Sylvester Igboun and Izunna Uzochukwu.
However, Super Eagles midfielder Femi Ajilore, Isaac Oliseh and Musefiu Ashiru will have to wait for their first game of the season, as the trio have been left out of the squad announced on Saturday.
FC Midtjylland will extend their lead at the top to ten points if they defeat AaB at the MCH Arena.
