Cologne lost at home for the fourth time in the Bundesliga this season after they were defeated 2 - 1 by Augsburg in the 13th round.
Nigeria international Anthony Ujah put Cologne ahead in the 13th minute, and the hosts held on to that lead at the end of the first half.
Augsburg pulled themselves back into the match through Durdic’s 53rd minute strike before Alexander Esswein decided the outcome of the match in the final minute.
Anthony Ujah has averaged more than a goal in every two games since the start of the season, and all but one of his goals have come in the last six matches.
Up next for Cologne is a trip to the Veltins-Arena, Gelsenkirchen, where they face Schalke 04.
