Joseph Akpala Nets Brace For Karabukspor

Joseph Akpala registered his name on the score-sheet for the second straight game in all competitions following his brace in the Super Lig this afternoon against Rizespor.

The  forward scored a face saving goal for Karabukspor in their loss to Sivas 4 Eylül on Thursday in a Cup tie.

Today, the away team took the lead in the 17th minute through Ayik before Joseph Akpala added a second before the interval.

Five minutes from time, the 28 - year - old Nigerian settled the outcome of the meeting with his second goal of the game.

In the league standings, Karabukspor occupy 15th spot with 11 points from 12 games.
