Hapoel Beer Sheva In Talks To Extend Austin Ejide Contract

Hapoel Be’er Sheva have opened talks with Nigeria international Austin Ejide over the extension of his contract.
The 30 - year - old’s current deal runs until the end of the 2014 - 2015 season, and The Camels top brass is keen to extend his stay at the Vasermil Stadium, Beersheba .
Sports Walla says discussions as regards renewing his deal took place this week, with the club offering the Super Eagles vice - captain a three - year contract.
“We are in advanced negotiations with Ejide, the goal is to offer him a contract for several years,”Hapoel Be’er Sheva said in a statement.
The goalkeeper is the highest paid player at the Israeli vice - champions, with monthly wages of NIS 120,000 (approximately25,000 euros) gross per month.
Austin Ejide has played non stop in Israel for five consecutive years.
