Teammate Hails Jordan Ibe After Wonder Goal
Published: December 27, 2014
Derby County fullback Craig Forsyth has praised Anglo - Nigerian forward Jordan Ibe for his wonder goal against Birmingham City in a Championship game decided on Boxing Day.
The Liverpool loanee scored for the fifth time this season after finding the back of the net in the ninth minute in the Rams 4 - 0 thrashing of Birmingham City at St. Andrew’s Stadium.
“We started well and really took the game to them right from the first whistle,” Forsyth told the official website, dcfc.co.uk
“Jordon (Ibe) scored a great goal and from then on, we didn’t really let them get going or create any chances.”
Jordan Ibe, who is on loan at Derby County until the end of this season, has 964 minutes of playing time since his switch in August.
