Odion Ighalo Ends Two - Month Goal Drought

Former Flying Eagles skipper Odion Ighalo ended a goal drought stretching back to October 21 when he scored in first half stoppage time as Watford came from behind to defeat Cardiff City 4 - 2 on Sunday afternoon.
The result saw the Hornets climb to fifth position on the Championship table, seven points behind pacesetters AFC Bournemouth, who defeated Millwall 2 - 0 on match day 24.
Adam Le Fondre`s 20th minute goal broke the deadlock but Watford were level three minutes before half time through Guédioura before Odion Ighalo scored his fourth goal of the season.
In the second half, Guédioura made it 3 - 1 in the 63rd minute and 20 minutes later Gabrielle Angella beat goalkeeper David Marshall.
Odion Ighalo was on parade for 90 minutes while Anglo - Nigerian midfielder Ikechi Anya was a second half substitute.
