England International Backs Brown Ideye To Find His Shooting Boots
Published: January 12, 2015
Speaking to the official website of West Brom, England international Saido Berahino has backed Brown Ideye to find his scoring boots again after managing only one goal in the Premier League this term.
Against Hull City last weekend, the Super Eagles attacker spent 72 minutes on the pitch until he was replaced by Victor Anichebe.
“I feel for him because he has found it hard, but you can’t knock his effort and his drive to do well for the team.
“He hasn’t scored as many as he would have liked this season but he has to keep going.
“He is a strong character and I am sure that he will start scoring soon,”Saido Berahino told wba.co.uk.
Brown Ideye is being linked with a move from The Baggies in the winter transfer market, with the likes of Newcastle, Sunderland and Hull rumoured to be monitoring his situation.
