Polish champions Legia Warsaw are in the market for defensive reinforcements, and have beamed their searchlight on Nigeria international Taye Taiwo.
The left back arrived the team’s training camp in Belek, Turkey late on Sunday evening , and he will be hoping to bag a contract after proving he is in good physical condition.
The former Bursaspor man is technically a free agent after his work permit was not renewed by the Turkish authorities at the start of this season.
“The journey went without problems. Everything is OK! ” Taye Taiwo told the official website legia.com.
The Bronze Ball winner at the 2005 Fifa Under 20s previously starred for Marseille, AC Milan, Queens Park Rangers and Dynamo Kiev.
