Hapoel Ra’anana forward Anthony Nwakaeme is not losing sleep that his proposed switch to Hapoel Be’er Sheva fell through on deadline day.
If the transfer had come to pass, the 25 - year - old would have joined the Camels, with Nigeria international Austin Ejide moving in the opposite direction.
“I’m glad I stayed in Ra’anana, everything that happens is from above,” Nwakaeme was quoted as saying by Sports Walla.
Tony Nwakaeme has spent the last one and a half years in Israel representing Hapoel Ra’anana , after joining from Universitatea Cluj.
