Rilwan Hassan Not Giving Up On First Team Shirt
Published: February 10, 2015
Rilwan Hassan has acknowledged that it will be difficult to break into the first team of FCM, but he has refused to throw in the towel.
Following injuries to two key players in the squad, Hassan has a chance to start the next Superliga tie against OB Odense in the next two weeks.
“There are many good players in the squad, and many did well in the fall. It will be difficult for me to get back in the starting line-up, but I’ll just do my best, even though the competition is tough.
“ I have a little trouble with the knee, but it’s nothing serious.
“I have to start training with the team again Thursday, and I do not expect that this means nothing compared to this spring’s first battle, ” Rilwan Hassan said to bold.dk.
The winger has made the starting lineup five times this season, and contributed two goals in the Superliga.
