Chippa United New Skipper, James Okwuosa : The Players Believe In Me

Nigeria international James Okwuosa says he does not have any extra weight on his shoulders following his appointment as captain of South African PSL side Chippa United.
And the central defender has pointed out that he is not new to responsibilities, having skippered Enugu Rangers before signing for The Chilli Boys in 2012.
“I am okay with the decision to appoint me captain of Chippa United, there is no pressure on me.
“I was once a captain, it is just about responsibility and to be a leader in every department.
“I was approached by the club before I was made captain, the players believe in me,” James Okwuosa told allnigeriasoccer.com.
The 24 - year - old will be wearing the Chippa United jersey for the 31st time in his career( in the PSL) if he is fielded against Maritzburg United in two days time.
