Rilwan Hassan Faces Late Fitness Test, Ahead OB Odense Game
Published: February 17, 2015
FC Midtjylland coach Glen Riddersholm is optimistic that Rilwan Hassan will be fit for the game with OB Odense next Monday.
The Nigerian winger has struggled with a knee complaint since the start of winter training, and has been rated 50 - 50 for the encounter at the MCH Arena.
“Preliminary it looks very positive. He has trained two days, last week and today, and if he continues that trend, and we can put more work on, he may also be in play until Monday.
“But it’s a pretty mischievous damage that we have to evaluate the day,” Glen Riddersholm told bold.dk.
Rilwan Hassan has seen his first team opportunities limited this season due to injuries, with only 5 starts in the Danish Superliga.
