Published: February 20, 2015
Emmanuel Emenike has expressed dissatisfaction over his goal drought at the Åükrü SaracoÄlu Stadyumu.
And the Nigeria international has every reason to be concerned, having last scored at home in the 3 - 2 win over Karbukspor on August 31, 2014.
However, the 27 - year - old is dreaming of ending that dismal run next Monday when Fenerbahce welcome Akhisar Belediyespor to Kadıköy district in Istanbul.
“Scoring in our home, I miss so much sharing the joy of a goal. I will work hard to overcome my misfortune,”Fanatik quoted Emenike as saying in Turkish.
In his first season at The Yellow Canaries, the former Spartak Moscow star scored 6 goals in front of his own supporters.
