Moses Simon Scores As Gent Beat Club Brugge

Nigeria youth international Moses Simon notched his fifth goal of the season in the colours of Gent, as they defeated log leaders Club Brugge 2 - 1 in the Pro League on Sunday afternoon.
The highly rated starlet gave Gent the lead in the 23rd minute before Ruud Vormer equalized on the hour mark for the visitors.
Gent pressed for a winner and they got it in the 72nd minute when Timmy Simons scored an own goal to set up a tense finale.
The GBS Academy product, dubbed the Nigerian Ronaldo, has averaged a goal per game in his last five matches in the topflight, with the highlight of his performance so far being the hat - trick he netted against Lokeren in the beginning of this month.
Following the win, Gent occupy the second position, level on 48 points with Anderlecht, who play Racing Genk later today.
