Coach Manu Garba Drops Injured Musa Yahaya From AYC Squad

Musa Yahaya, hailed as the Nigerian Neymar, will not be one of the 21 players that will travel to Senegal for the African Youth Championship.
SL10.ng has reported that the Tottenham Hotspur trainee will spend six weeks on the sidelines after picking up a knee injury in the Flying Eagles 2 - 0 win over Ghana last week.
“Yahaya will be out of action for six weeks, and will not be traveling with the Flying Eagles for the African Youth Championship,' a source close to the Mutunchi Academy product told SL10.ng.
“The injury is a little bit serious. In the friendly against Ghana, he got a knock on his knee. He is still in camp now but will soon return to Tottenham Hotspur to undergo further treatment. ''
All things being equal, the 17 - year - old will sign a contract with Spurs next January.
