The Goal FC Lagos product netted for the third time this season, as RoPS defeated KTP 2 - 0 on Wednesday to book their place in the quarter - finals of the competition.
“It was a good game and a well deserved victory. They held us to a 2-2 draw in their home ground because the pitch was small.
“We had a big field today and we were able to express ourselves. I am happy I got the first goal and I hope to score more to help my team.
“We are now through to the quarterfinal,” Adeniyi Michael Ibiyomi told allnigeriasoccer.com.
The 21 - year - old bagged a first half brace last Thursday against the same opponent.
