Published: March 03, 2015
All the invited domestic players for the All Africa Games qualifying fixture against Gabon have arrived the Under 23 National Team camp.
Kano Pillars duo Christian Obiozor and Yusuf Mohammed were the first set of players to arrive Abuja, followed by Warri Wolves pair Oghenekaro Etebo and Freedom Omofonma.
A day after assisting Enyimba qualify for the first round of the CAF Champions League, Kingsley Sokari and Peter Onyekachi began training with the Dream Team.
Coach Samson Siasia has cautioned his charges to maintain their focus, even though they won the first leg tie 4 - 1.
“If we can beat them 1-4 at their backyard then let us know that they will also want to do same here.
“The only way we can show to Nigerians that our victory in Libreville was no fluke is to repeat such performance here at home,” said Samson Siasia to the official website of the NFF, thenff.com.
Burkinabe referee Jean Ouattara will officiate the meeting between the Nigeria Under 23s and their Gabonese counterparts, assisted by compatriots Seydou Tiama , Phillipo Max Toe and Sanago Boureima.
