Official : Chidi Omeje Pens One - Year Deal With AFC United

Swedish club AFC United have announced the acquisition of free agent Chidi Omeje, who last played for Dalkurd.
As previously reported by this website, Superettan outfit IK Frej had made contact with the Nigerian forward, before he agreed to pitch tent at Skytteholms IP, Solna.
“I have signed a one - year deal with AFC United, and the deal could be extended for one more year at the end of the 2015 season.
“I joined this club after speaking with the coach. He has a lot of confidence in me. I have started training with the team,” says Chidi Omeje to allnigeriasoccer.com.
In four seasons with Dalkurd, Omeje scored 43 goals in 75 matches in the Division One Norra.
