Hibernians starlet Joseph Mbong registered his name on the score-sheet as the Malta Under 19s defeated Wales Colleges Under-18 4-2 at the Torneo Roma Caput Mundi.<br /><br />But his goal was not enough to assist the Island Nation qualify for the final of the competition after they lost 3 - 2 to Italy in the second group game.<br /><br />Malta started the competition on a winning note by defeating Albania 1 - 0.<br /><br />Mbong, still only 17, has broken into the first team of Hibernians this season, making 15 appearances in the Premier League so far.<br /><br />He is still searching for his first professional goal for the table - toppers.<br />
