Fifa Orders Birkirkara To Pay 105,000 Euros Compensation To Dynamo Kiev Over Frank Temile Transfer

Maltese Premier League club Birkirkara FC have received notification from football’s governing body , Fifa , in respect of compensation due Dynamo Kiev following the transfer of Frank Temile.
It had earlier been claimed that the Nigerian forward joined Birkirkara as a free agent back in the summer of 2013.
Now, Fifa has ruled that The Stripes will have to cough up 105,000 euros for the signature of Frank Temile, as he had a valid contract with the Ukrainian side before moving to the Island Nation.
Temile spent one season at Birkirkara before crossing over to border town Qormi to link up with Malta international Alfred Effiong at the beginning of this season.
In 26 outings for Birkirkara in the Premier League, he notched up 6 goals.
