Obafemi Martins has declared himself fit for Seattle Sounders showdown with Houston Dynamo on Saturday at CenturyLink Field.
The former Nigeria international sat out the goalless draw against Dallas last weekend due to a quad injury, which is now a thing of the past, according to Martins.
“I’m good. A lot better now. It was good for me to rest it because I was feeling a lot of pain.
“Now, I’m ready to go,” Martins was quoted as saying by mlssoccer.com.
The striker had picked up an injury during the friendly against Club Tijuana 10 days ago.
