Macauley Chrisantus Refusing To Get Carried Away Despite MOTM Display Versus AOT Alimos

Macauley Chrisantus was named man-of-the-match following his brace against AOT Alimos in the Greek First Division on match day 26.

But the former Nigeria youth - teamer is refusing to get carried away by the purple patch he is now experiencing, saying he wants to add to his three - goal haul.

“I’m still not satisfied.  There is still much ahead and work.  But more important than my own view is the goal set by the group.

“Certainly time I will be much better. We played  a good game because we followed the instructions of our coach.

“ It was the last we made for the regular season, had to win this now to prepare ourselves and concentrate on the playoffs,” said Chrisantus in his post match comments.

The 24 - year - old Macauley Chrisantus opened his goalscoring account for AEK Athens last weekend.
