Super Eagles Drop Four Positions In Latest Fifa Ranking

Football governing body, Fifa, on Thursday morning published its latest ranking of National Teams.
Compared to their position the previous month, the Super Eagles have dropped four positions.
Nigeria now occupy the 45th position in the global ranking, while the 2013 African champions are in eighth place in the continental ranking.
Algeria, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Tunisia and Senegal are the top five teams in Africa in that order.
Our rivals to book a ticket to the next African Nations Cup - Egypt, Tanzania and Chad - are placed 51st, 107th and 151st in the world ranking.
In the top five positions, there were a couple of changes, with Brazil now replacing Holland in the fifth position.
Germany, Argentina, Belgium and Colombia make up the top five positions in that order.
The next ranking will be published by the official website of Fifa, fifa.com on 7th May, 2015.
