Enugu Rangers Recall Osaguona Ighodaro From Raja Casablanca
Published: April 13, 2015
Enugu Rangers have had it up to their neck with Raja Casablanca over their failure to liquidate the outstanding debt following the sale of Osaguona Ighodaro, and have recalled the striker from the Moroccan club according to reports.
Almountakhab.com says the Nigeria international can no longer play for the club as the initial agreement between the Flying Antelopes and Raja has expired.
But Raja are planning to hold roundtable discussions with Enugu Rangers this week, and the exact date the debt will be honoured will be the key point in the negotiations.
Enugu Rangers had agreed to do business with their Moroccan counterparts in the winter transfer market on the proviso that the North African team will credit their account with 150,000 euros.
Raja Casablanca had been playing hard to get despite several notices sent to the club by Enugu Rangers to pay off the debt.
Osaguona Ighodaro has netted seven times for Raja Casablanca including his goal against Wydad this past weekend.
