Nigeria Federation Cry Foul Over Igudia Godspower Red Card

The Supersand Eagles had qualified for the semi - finals of the 2015 African Beach Soccer Championship before their hard fought 7 - 6 win against Ivory Coast on Thursday.
Captain Isiaka Olawale and Emeka Ogbonna netted a brace each for Nigeria while Azeez, Bartholomew Ibenegbu and Adams Taiwo were also on target.

“Godspower is one of our reliable defenders , but we could do nothing about it, we just had to carry on.
“We are going to approach the semi - final very well because the game is very important; that is the game that will give us a ticket to the World Cup.”
Nigeria topped their group and will now face the second - placed team in Group B on Saturday.
