Former Liverpool player Steve McManaman has lavished praise on the Liverpool Under 21s, and Anglo - Nigerian winger Sheyi Ojo was one of the players he singled out for special praise.<br /><br />With two rounds remaining in the Under 21 Premier League, the young Reds occupy the second position on the table with 35 points.<br /><br />&ldquo;I think they&rsquo;ve come on leaps and bounds this year, I&rsquo;m really impressed, &rdquo; Steve McManaman told Liverpool Echo.<br /><br />&ldquo;There&rsquo;s a lot of young kids here and you forget that and they&rsquo;re all doing really well.<br /><br />&ldquo;Sheyi [Ojo], Ryan Kent and Harry Wilson, when they attack players, they&rsquo;re very, very confident and they&rsquo;re playing very well.&rdquo;<br /><br />Sheyi Ojo has scored 3 goals in 8 Under 21 Premier League appearances this term.<br /><br /><span class="st">Photo Credit : liverpoolfc.com</span><br />
