It is thought that the Austrian club negotiated directly with their Israeli counterparts, and the striker has vowed to report his current employer to Fifa for breach of contract as they owe him backlog of wages, meaning he can terminate his contract and walk away as a free agent.
“They do not treat me like a human being. They treat me like a slave, ” said Kayode to one.co.il.
“I want the money that comes to me, and the money that I deserve- the amount of future sales. As long as it does not happen, I would not sign anything and go to FIFA. ”
Kayode went on : “They will see how I get my player registration for free. There are bad people in Netanya, there are cruel people. They think that I have no rights, but I’ll show them who’s Olarenwaju Kayode.
“Netanya must have money, if they do not give me the money they owe me, I will not go to any club. Is it possible that a team will announce it sold me, behind my back? ”
Olarenwaju Kayode still has a contract with Maccabi Netanya until the summer of 2016.
