The youth team of MLS side Toronto FC held Barcelona to a 2 - 2 draw at the ongoing Arousa Futbol 7 tournament in Vilagarcia de Arousa.
Born February 17, 2003, Ifeoluwa Adenuga was among the players that traveled to Spain with the Under 12 team of Toronto for the tournament.
The 12 - year - old was on target in the 5 - 0 hammering of ED Xuventu Oroso on the same day Barcelona were held to a draw.
The Toronto Under 12s lead the standings after day one in Group C, and will face Ajax and Amsterdam Deportivo La Corunaon Saturday.
The Canadian side qualified for the competition after winning the U-12 tournament at the Generation Adidas Cup in Frisco.
