Exclusive : Manchester City Starlet Kelechi Iheanacho Offered To Championship, EPL Clubs
Published: May 28, 2015
Allnigeriasoccer.com understands that Kelechi Iheanacho may be shipped out on loan by Manchester City in the summer transfer market or during the emergency transfer window.
The player’s representatives have remained positive though the Flying Eagles striker is yet to make his official debut for The Citizens in the Premier League by stressing that he is not surplus to requirements at The Etihad.
That scenario has changed slightly as Iheanacho could be loaned out to a Championship team so he gets used to the rigours of English football before cementing his place in the first team as it is the norm by EPL top sides.
In the light of the foregoing, the Taye Academy product has been offered to several Championship clubs and so - called middle - tier EPL teams ahead of the reopening of the transfer window.
The 18 - year - old Kelechi Iheanacho has already been issued a work permit by the Home office as exclusively reported by allnigeriasoccer.com’s editorial staff few weeks ago.
We will keep you posted on the identities of the teams in future. Stay Tuned.
