Arsenal Striker Chuba Akpom Nets Against Ivory Coast In Toulon Tournament
Chuba Akpom was pleased to score his second goal for England Under 20s in a space of two days as the Europeans defeated Ivory Coast 2 - 1 in the Toulon Tournament. <br /><br />After he was omitted from the starting line - up against Morocco, the Arsenal striker was handed his first start in France by Aidy Boothroyd and he repaid the manager’s faith by opening scoring in the tenth minute.<br /><br />“Good 2-1 win against Ivory Coast , buzzing to get another goal aswell, now it’s time for the boys to bring it home Gunners!” Akpom said on Twitter.<br /><br />Wolves defender Dominic Iorfa did not dress against the Ivorians after he was sent off in the England U20s opener against Morocco.<br /><br />Brentford youngster Moses Odubajo lasted the entire distance against Ivory Coast and was cautioned in the 28th minute.<br /><br />Photo Credit : arsenal.com<br /><br />
