Arsenal Striker Chuba Akpom Nets Against Ivory Coast In Toulon Tournament

Chuba Akpom was pleased to score his second goal for England Under 20s in a space of two days as the Europeans defeated Ivory Coast 2 - 1 in the Toulon Tournament.
After he was omitted from the starting line - up against Morocco, the Arsenal striker was handed his first start in France by Aidy Boothroyd and he repaid the manager’s faith by opening scoring in the tenth minute.
“Good 2-1 win against Ivory Coast , buzzing to get another goal aswell, now it’s time for the boys to bring it home Gunners!” Akpom said on Twitter.
Wolves defender Dominic Iorfa did not dress against the Ivorians after he was sent off in the England U20s opener against Morocco.
Brentford youngster Moses Odubajo lasted the entire distance against Ivory Coast and was cautioned in the 28th minute.
