San Jose Earthquakes midfielder Fatai Alashe scored his second international goal for the youth team of the United States against Costa Rica at the ongoing Toulon Tournament.
But the USA Under 23s lost 2 - 1 to their CONCACAF opponents with Ronald Matarrita scoring the opening goal for Costa Rica in the 23rd minute before the American - Nigerian equalized seven minutes later.
Fifteen minutes after the restart, David Ramirez netted what turned out to be the game - winner.
Alashe hit target on his international debut in the 5 - 2 win against Bosnia and Herzegovina two months ago.
