Warri Wolves Goalie Daniel Akpeyi Offered Two - Year Deal By Chippa United

Allnigeriasoccer.com can confirm a report by soccerladuma.co.za that Premier Soccer League side Chippa United are close to signing  Daniel Akpeyi from Warri Wolves.

The Super Eagles reserve goalkeeper put himself in the shop window in late March when Nigeria held Bafana Bafana to a 1 - 1 draw at Mbombela Stadium, Nelspruit.

There is a two - year deal on the table waiting for Daniel Akpeyi to append his signature to when negotiations are concluded.

The word from South Africa is that the 28 - year - old will travel to South Africa at the end of this month to formalize his switch to Chippa United.

The Chilli Boys paid the wages of James Okwuosa, George Akpabio and Ugonna Uzochukwu last season.
