Super Eagles Defender Kunle Odunlami Begins Training With Raja Casablanca
Published: July 04, 2015
A source close to Kunle Odunlami has denied suggestions that the defender, a Nigeria international for that matter, is undergoing trials with Raja Casablanca before signing a contract with the Moroccan side.
Odunlami trained with his potential teammates on Friday night but his camp has stressed that an agreement has already been reached with Raja, who will kick start negotiations with Sunshine Stars in the coming days.
“Kunle trained with Raja yesterday night but he felt like because he wasn’t doing anything,” said Kunle’s rep to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“It was an official that told him to train. Can a player who passed a medical undergo a trial?
“It is not possible, and Kunle’s deal is done and dusted.”
This website has been told by a Raja Casablanca insider that the new coach of The Green Devils, Ruud Krol, insisted that the Super Eagles stopper must be tested before signing on the dotted line.
