Official : K.V. Oostende Announce Signing Of Ex Charleroi Hero Joseph Akpala
Published: July 07, 2015
Through a statement on their official website, Belgian Pro League club K.V. Oostende have announced the capture of Joseph Akpala without disclosing the financial terms of the contract.
The attacker has joined the Kustboys on a three - year deal from Turkish top division outfit Karabukspor.
Things might not have worked out well for Akpala at Werder Bremen and to a lesser extent Karabukspor but he still has a good reputation in Belgium.
The former Bendel Insurance star was the goleador of the championship back in the 2007 - 2008 season while defending the colours of Charleroi.
Akpala was on the payroll of Club Brugge for four seasons before his big money move to Werder Bremen.
