Watford loanee Uche Ikpeazu was delighted that Port Vale have qualified for the second round of the League Cup on the back of their hard fought 1 - 0 win over Championship side Burnley on Tuesday night.<br /><br />The Anglo - Nigerian came off the bench in the 70th minute and 12 minutes after his introduction Byron Moore netted the game - winner for the Valiants.<br /><br />&ldquo;Solid performance against a good Burnley team, well done lads we are through to the next round, &rdquo; Uche Ikpeazu said on Twitter.<br /><br />The Port Vale number nine made his maiden appearance for the League One Team last weekend in their goalless draw with Crewe Alexandra.<br /><br />Ikpeazu is in the final year of his contract with Premier League newcomers Watford.<br /><br /><br />
