Published: August 17, 2015
Fred Friday has admitted that Lillestrom have suffered a dip in form after losing their fourth game in five matches in the Norwegian Premier League on Sunday.
Their latest setback was the 3 - 2 defeat suffered at the hands of Stabæk in Bærum, with the young Nigerian forward opening scoring in the 15th minute before they surrendered a two - goal lead in the second half.
“We were in control of the game, we lost concentration in the last six minutes due to some defensive errors, ” Fred Friday told allnigeriasoccer.com.
“We have lost some good players and no replacement for them yet.
“I don’t know yet where we’ll finish on the table because this league could be surprising at times, you never know this is football anything can happen.”
Fred Friday has racked up 977 minutes of game time in the league so far this season, scoring 5 goals in 16 matches.
