Super Eagles New Kid On The Block Kingsley Madu Eyes Three Points

AS TrenÄ�ín defender Kingsley Madu earned a recall to the Super Eagles after his sparkling debut against Chad in an African Cup of Nations qualifier.
Everything is pointing to the fact that the young star will suit up for the Super Eagles for only the second time on Saturday when Nigeria takes on Tanzania and he is confident that the team can secure maximum points in Dar es Salaam.
“We have all it takes to beat the Tanzania, we just have to play to instructions and see that we are successful, ” Kingsley Madu told Ayo Olu Ibidapo, in an interview by thenff.com.
“I want them (the supporters) to believe in us and pray for us. By God’s grace, we will come back with the three points.”
Quizzed about who he models his game after, the left - back said : “I think football is a kind of thing you play everyday and you learn.
“There are lot of good left backs in the world and I watch some of them all the time to try to compare and see which one is best and what to do at different times.”
Now 19, Kingsley Madu began his professional career with Ranchers Bees before switching to El Kanemi, then, moved to Slovakia to team up with AS TrenÄ�ín in 2014 after displaying his wares at the Fifa Under 20s the previous year.
