Oghenekaro Etebo appears to be brimming with confidence ahead of Dream Team VI’s clash against the Under 23 national team of Ghana on Wednesday at the 2015 All - Africa Games.
The Warri Wolves attacking midfielder has pointed out that the Black Meteors looked ordinary in their opening game against Senegal and will not cause any problem for Nigeria.
“We are fully prepared for the game against Ghana, they have a good team but we are better than them, ” says Oghenekaro Etebo to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“We watched their game against Senegal and they were not fantastic . ”
Etebo is looking beyond Ghana and reckons that the Samson Siasia - led side can win gold in Congo after 42 years of waiting.
“As for the team in particular we believe we are going to do well in this All - Africa Games.
“Our aim is just the gold and nothing more and hopefully by His Grace we are going to get it, ” Etebo added.
