Dream Team Striker Saviour Godwin Opens KV Oostende Account After Only 4 Minutes

Dream Team VI striker Saviour Godwin and Nigeria international Joseph Akpala both registered their names on the scoresheet in KV Oostende’s 5 - 1 thrashing of hosts Waasland-Beveren in the Belgian Jupiler League on Saturday,
Ex Club Brugge and Charleroi star Akpala opened the floodgates in the 15th minute, tapping in from close range after receiving an assist from Jordan Lukaku.
Gohi Cyriac bagged a hat - trick for the visitors, scoring in the 34th, 48th and 52nd minutes before Steven Langil netted a consolation for Waasland-Beveren in the 78th minute.
With victory all but secured, manager Vanderhaeghe introduced his summer signing Saviour Godwin in the 83rd minute and he added more gloss to the scoreline four minutes later, scoring after being set up by Vandendriessche.
Thanks to their third win in four matches, KV Oostende are conditionally top of the table, with second- placed Anderlecht having a game in hand.
