MSV Duisburg Consider Reporting Russian Federation To Fifa Over Victor Obinna ITC
Published: September 18, 2015
German 2 Bundesliga side MSV Duisburg have threatened to report the Russian Federation to Fifa over their delay in sending the ex Victor Obinna’s International Transfer Certificate to Germany.
It was announced that the Nigeria international had completed his move to the Zebras last Wednesday, albeit in theory, but he was not available for selection in Monday’s 2 - 0 away loss to St Pauli.
And ahead of the meeting against Taiwo Awoniyi’s FSV Frankfurt on Sunday, the Sporting Director of MSV Duisburg, Ivica Grlic, has suggested that Obinna might not make the teamsheet again due to missing paperwork.
“We have done everything, the rest we can no longer influence, ” Ivica Grlic told the electronic edition of RevierSport.
