Roma Defender Nura Abdullahi Interesting Barcelona
Published: September 18, 2015European champions Barcelona have made enquiries over the availability of right fullback Nura Abdullahi pending the lifting of their transfer ban by Fifa, according to Italian transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.
The 18 - year - old put himself in the shop window in the UEFA Youth League clash between AS Roma and Barcelona on Wednesday.
Before moving to Roma in the summer, the defender had been on the books of the Primavera team of Spezia after transferring from Abuja Football Academy but he was immediately loaned out to to USD Lavagnese soon after he arrived in Italy.
His minders have likened him to retired Brazil skipper Cafu, who represented Roma for six years.
