Nosa Igiebor Flies To Barcelona To See Specialists Over Knee Injury

Maccabi Tel Aviv midfielder Nosa Igiebor has flown to Barcelona to have a second opinion on his troublesome knee injury.

The Nigeria international has managed only one appearance in the Premier League this campaign due to that ailment and sat out last weekend’s clash against Hapoel Ra’anana, compared to last season that he suited up 29 times.

One.co.il has suggested that Igiebor does not have confidence in Israeli doctors, hence, his trip to Barcelona.

In the Champions League, including the qualifying rounds,  the 24 - year - old has started all the games contested by The Yellows and has netted two times.

Nosa Igiebor joined Maccabi Tel Aviv in summer 2014 from Spanish club Real Betis.
