1985 World Cup Winner Sani Adamu Tips Golden Eaglets To Win Trophy

Former Nigeria Under 16 international, Sani Adamu, has given the Golden
Eaglets a pass mark after the team dispatched the United States of
America in their group Opener at the Fifa U-17 World Championship that
is ongoing in Chile.
Adamu, who is now an assistant coach with Plateau United FC of Jos, while speaking with allnigeriasoccer.com in a chat described the performance of the Emmanuel Amuneke tutored lads as fantastic but urged the team to cut short their celebration and work towards securing victory over the host nation Chile in their next game.
Adamu said he believes the team can emulate the class of 2013 depending on the outcome of the result of the next game against host, Chile.
He also advised the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, to keep the boys together, particularly the exceptional ones whether they win the competition or not so as to encourage their development to U-20, U-23 and possibly the Super Eagles in the future.
