David Enogela Fancies Golden Eaglets Chances Against Physical Croatians
Published: October 22, 2015
Nigeria Under 17 international David Enogela expects Croatia to play a physical game on Friday night but fancies the Golden Eaglets chances nonetheless.
The midfielder has supported the words of defender John Lazarus, stating that the Croatians were fortunate to come away with a win when both teams met at the Suwon tourney in Korea.
“We saw in Suwon how physical they (Croatia) can play and I agree with Lazarus that they were lucky to have beaten us,” said David Enogela.
“We are going to ensure that they don’t beat us on Friday and that means we have to be at our best, because they need the result more than us.”
Enogela lasted the distance against USA and Chile and may be involved on Friday as Udochukwu Anumudu is unavailable for selection after picking up two yellow cards.
