Ikechi Anya Aware Of West Ham Threat
Published: October 30, 2015
Ikechi Anya, 27, is confident that Watford can pick up all three points against West Ham on Saturday at Vicarage Road.
But the Scotland international is aware that the Hammers will be hoping to continue their good run in the Premier League, with 13 points garnered from a possible 15 in their away matches.
“If you look at the standard of training, you can see that it is only going to make my own performance rise,” Anya told Hornets PlayerHD.
“They [West Ham] are very organised, they have done incredibly well against the bigger teams in the league, and they have got a good manager who has done really well.
“Like I say though, we have a good manager too, and if we play like we know we can, it should be a very good game come Saturday.”
Along with Super Eagles striker Odion Ighalo, Anya has been involved in every single game played by the Hornets in the Premier League as at week 10.
