English Premier League Wrap: Iheanacho Makes First Start, Iwobi Debuts & Ighalo Notches Brace

Super Eagles invitee Kelechi Iheanacho was handed his first Premier League start as Norwich City succumbed to a late goal to lose 2 - 1 to Manchester City at the Etihad. The Flying Eagles star made way for Raheem Sterling in the 53rd minute.
Peter Odemwingie did not make the 18 - man squad for Stoke City in their goalless draw with Newcastle United at St. James Park.
Odion Ighalo and Ikechi Anya helped Watford record a 2 - 0 win over West Ham at Vicarage Road. The Nigeria national teamer opened scoring in the 39th minute before grabbing his brace three minutes out of intermission.

John Obi Mikel was substituted in the 70th minute with the game tied at 1 - 1 as the champions lost to Liverpool. England youth international Jordon Ibe entered the game in the 76th minute. The Reds finally won 3 - 1.
