Kanu Urges Fans To Support Golden Eaglets Ahead Showdown With Boys From Brazil

Nwankwo Kanu has called on Nigerians and supporters of the Golden Eaglets to pray and back the national team ahead of their quarter - final tie against Brazil.
The two most successful teams, who between them have contested 12 of the previous 15 showpiece games prior to the 16th edition in Chile, lock horns for the first time in a competitive fixture on Sunday night (2000 hours) at the Estadio Sausalito, Viña del Mar.
“I wish our dear Golden Eaglets all the best. Nigeria vs Brazil, let’s pray and support our boys, ” said Nwankwo Kanu.
Brazil and Nigeria have qualified for the semi - finals of the Fifa Under 17s seven times each in the past.
