Dream Team Invitee Viv Solomon - Otabor Yet To Get Green Light From Birmingham City

Birmingham City winger Viv Solomon - Otabor is at a crossroads over his invitation to Nigeria’s Olympic National Team ahead of the Africa U-23 Cup of Nations.
While the Anglo - Nigerian is eager to make his debut for the Samson - Siasia led side, his Championship club are unlikely to release him as they have important games during the tournament.
“I got the invitation letter ages ago but the Africa U-23 Cup of Nations clashes with the league games, ” says Viv Solomon - Otabor to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“It is up to my club to release me for the tournament because we got big games coming up against couple of teams.
“I would love to represent Nigeria but at the same time it is hard when it will clash with league games.”
The 19 - year - old has made The Blues 18 - man squad for Championship games 11 times this season, and opened his account in the 5 - 2 defeat of Fulham before the international break.
